Maura Falk focuses her practice on divorce and family law but brings a background of diverse litigation experience to her clients having also worked on civil and criminal matters. A native of Oconomowoc, she graduated with a degree in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following college, she obtained a law degree from UW-Madison as well. While in law school, Maura served as a Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review where she was awarded the prestigious Gwynette Smalley Law Review Prize.
On her way to becoming an attorney, Maura gained experience working with the Frank J. Remington Center’s Family Law Project, interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and also participated on the UW-Madison law school’s mock trial team.
An active member of the Oconomowoc Rotary Club and Legal Association of Women Lawyers, Maura is also Co-Chair of the Waukesha County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
