Attorney Joanna Fraczek

Joanna Fraczek is such a natural in the courtroom that it may surprise you to know she didn’t always want to be a lawyer. She grew up intent on becoming a psychologist. Only later, did she discover that family law was the perfect fit—melding her interests in giving emotional support and practical guidance. She feels particularly in her element when handling custody and placement matters because she can connect emotionally with her clients and validate their concerns. She believes everyone deserves to express their feelings and to be heard. She loves to work in tandem with her clients and is a true collaborator in helping them achieve their objectives.

Joanna enjoys fleshing out all the “what ifs” with her clients to ensure they have thought through all the options—and consequences. For Joanna, the pursuit of happiness is the governing force in her life, and she strives to reflect that premise in her career and professional relationships. She volunteers for a variety of organizations that fortify her both personally and professionally and she enjoys expanding her network in areas of interest such as animal welfare, women’s professional advancement, and international relations.

Joanna is an immigrant and she is multilingual.

Joanna obtained her law degree from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Sklodowskiej in Lublin Poland. Joanna is multilingual—speaking fluent Polish, English, Russian and basic German. But after living for twelve years in the United States, she still does not understand baseball or football! She is a true crime junkie and is a trained martial artist in kickboxing and jujitsu.
