For nearly 25 years, Sally Danner made decisions from the bench. Now, she’s exactly where she belongs—at your side, crafting strategy, solving problems, and turning legal complexity into clarity.

Before joining Karp & Iancu, Sally served as Fond du Lac County’s Family Court Commissioner, where she gained a statewide reputation for leadership and innovation. She was a frequently sought-after speaker—sharing family law expertise across the state at various family law conferences and for such organizations as the AAML, Wisconsin Family Court Commissioner’s Association, and the State Bar Family Law Section. She also pioneered Wisconsin’s first online dispute resolution program and authored the local family court rules still in use today. Her transition from neutral decision-maker to tenacious advocate gives her clients a distinct advantage: she not only knows the rules—she helped write them.

Sally brings vision, commitment, and drive to every case. As manager of the firm’s Fox Valley office, she’s known for her unwavering focus, sharp analytical mind, and ability to turn chaos into order. She doesn’t just navigate legal challenges—she anticipates them and stays three steps ahead.

With deep Wisconsin roots and licenses in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, Sally is committed to getting clients where they need to go—faster, smarter, and with purpose. Whether it’s through negotiation or litigation, she leads with confidence, commands respect, and delivers results.

A graduate of Hamline University School of Law and UW-Madison, Sally has been a leader in many state and local professional and civic organizations. Outside the courtroom, you’ll find her at her family cabin Up North, knitting projects in hand, always creating something with care and intention.
