Honesty and comfort are the building blocks of a trustworthy attorney-client relationship. Seek legal advice from a confidante that will champion your best interest in a divorce.
Daniel L. Lambert is the ultimate truth-broker. He knows that facts win cases, and he will work with his clients unrestingly to gather and understand the facts, stripped of all their subjective fluff. When emotions run high it is important to have a grounded rational approach that is based on experience and an understanding of the potential outcomes. Dan is often the voice of reason in a situation that seems patently unreasonable.
Dan’s clients say he is ethical, insightful, and a good communicator. They appreciate his objective and conciliatory approach. He is intent to listen to other people’s opinions and is even receptive to dissent if it is presented with dispassionate persuasiveness. He knows that part of a winning strategy is understanding all possible arguments and outcomes.
Dan’s affinity for family law was inspired early in his career by his law school family law professor. He has since handled a number of complex litigation cases involving businesses, tracing assets, and dividing ownership in estates as large as $70 million. He loves being part of a profession that provides a forum for citizens to address their grievances and he loves practicing in an area where the results are tangible and directly impact every aspect of a person’s life. He considers it a privilege to help people when they need it most.
Born in Seattle, Dan came to Wisconsin by way of Anchorage, Denver, and San Diego which has led to some interesting sports team alliances. In addition to traveling with his wife and two children, Dan enjoys sailing, British comedies—and being retired from playing rugby!
